Nice to meet you, I’m Nichole -
I’m a proud mom of two and the founder of a business built on a simple belief: kindness, confidence, and respect are life skills that should be nurtured from an early age.
My passion for making the world a kinder place inspired me to provide etiquette courses that go far beyond teaching manners. After graduating college at Oklahoma State University, a career in sales helped me build confidence, develop strong communication skills, and understand the importance of meaningful connections. Over the next 13+ years in the corporate world, I continued refining the qualities that are essential for success in every stage of life—communication, composure, professionalism, and character.
Through my experiences as both a professional and a parent, I recognized a need for etiquette education that starts at the root of childhood and grows alongside children as they navigate new opportunities, relationships, and modern-day challenges. My vision is to equip children, teens, and young adults with practical skills that foster confidence, respect, and authentic leadership, empowering them to thrive at home, in school, and throughout their future careers.
I believe that when we teach kindness with intention and confidence with character, we help shape a more thoughtful, respectful, and connected world—one person at a time.
Kind Roots Approach
Kind Roots etiquette program for Kindergarten through 4th grade introduces young children to the building blocks of confidence, kindness, and social awareness in a warm, engaging, and age-appropriate way. My courses guide them toward becoming thoughtful, respectful, and self-assured individuals.
My Elementary Aged etiquette courses meet for two days, one weekend a month, with each session lasting an hour and a half. Multiple course options are offered throughout the year to fit your child’s stage in their etiquette journey.
There is a plan to expand to Middle School Cotillion program - stay tunned!
